Description

These are beautiful little objects in their own right. You can safely put them in aquariums where they will create their own miniature eco-systems in that environment. Otherwise they are are are delight to turn over in one's hands, and sit on the shelf as a conversation piece. They are made by collecting sponges that have washed up onto the beach during storm surges, and carefully casting them in porcelain and glazes. Each one is a unique cast of a once-living seasponge.
